Privacy policy

This policy covers the Tqvi website, billing account, and iOS and Android apps. Fusion Codeworks, LLC operates Tqvi. For privacy questions, email support@tqvi.app.

Learning and translation

Courses, learning progress, favorites, and app settings stay on your device and do not sync through a Tqvi account. When you request a translation, the Georgian text and target language go to the Tqvi translation service. On a cache miss, the service sends them to Microsoft Azure Translator. The service caches the source text and translation; this cache has no automatic expiry.

Account and sign-in

A billing account is needed for a website purchase. We process your verified email or Apple private relay address, linked email, Google or Apple sign-in identity, account and session records, purchase and device access records, and support requests. Google and Apple confirm your identity when you use their sign-in methods. Tqvi also offers sign-in by email code.

Purchases

Stripe processes website payments. Tqvi keeps the order, subscription, refund and payment status needed to provide access and support. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are separate and are processed by the relevant store.

Optional analytics and crash reports

Website analytics use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only after you accept. The website stores your choice in this browser; you can change it below. Clarity advertising storage remains denied. Account and payment pages are excluded from session replay and automatic text capture. With separate consent, the apps send usage events and interaction data to Google Analytics for Firebase and Microsoft Clarity. App crash reports go to our self-hosted Bugsink service only if you enable that separate choice. You can change app telemetry choices in Settings.

Your data and choices

Sign in to your website account to request a data export, erase personal data that is no longer needed for your purchase, or close the account. Closing the account stops website subscriptions and schedules profile deletion; a limited closure record prevents restored backups from reopening it. It does not delete learning progress stored on your devices or cancel a separate App Store or Google Play subscription. If you cannot sign in, contact support@tqvi.app for help with access or a deletion request.

Some transaction and policy records may remain where needed for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. For app telemetry or translation-cache deletion questions, contact support@tqvi.app.
